The bar will be nearly 50 feet long, host 30 seats, and will allow guests to order both cocktails and the full menu. The main dining room will include views of an open kitchen, while the market room will sit closer to a fish and seafood display where the knowledgeable staff will allow you to select a whole fresh fish to be roasted a forno or over charcoal. His new Italian restaurant inspired by the Amalfi coast will have four new spaces, including a bar and lounge, the market room that’s reminiscent of authentic Italian markets, a private dining area, and the main dining room. It is slated to open late this spring in the Mesa Grill location at Caesars Palace.
